    Responsible for providing all levels of administrative support for the commercial and Business Development (BD) functions including report generation on quote tracking metrics, tracking sales results, keeping account lists and metrics, serving as a representative to those customers calling on and visiting the company, assisting with quote sheet development, assisting contract administration with their duties and overall supporting the business development area of AMG.



    • Manage quote log
    • Manage customer account list and tracking of sales metrics to include quotes, hit rates, monthly – year to date – annual bookings metrics, distribute monthly bookings details and collect BD monthly reports and disseminate
    • Assist order entry role as back up and overflow
    • Answer the telephone and direct customers appropriately
    • Interact and assist with customers to the company
    • Support Sales (Supplier Survey Forms/etc.)
    • Assist with scan, copy and file of necessary documentation as requested and required
    • Manage BD and Engineering NDA sign offs
    • When required coordinate group travel
    • Perform other duties and specific projects as assigned



    • High School Diploma / GED
    • 3 years related professional experience in an administrative role with experience in fast paced environment
    • Required Proficiency – Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as the Internet
    • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, faxes, copiers, postage machines
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Demonstrated abilities to organize with strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience with Job Boss software a plus
