    The position will be responsible for the accounting and the related activities for Rhinestahl’s International sites.  This includes accounting, audit & compliance coordination, banking relationships, cash reconciliations, forecasting of expenses, and working closely with HR supporting foreign employee payroll & benefits processing. In addition, this person will be responsible for recording the financial activity related to the International sites/entities in the ERP system.  


    The Accounting Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining necessary Domestic and International tax reporting processes to ensure Rhinestahl complies with all U.S. and Global Tax reporting requirements. The position will work closely with International Accounting/Tax firms in preparation of tax filings and will prepare and/or coordinate all Domestic Tax returns.


    Other responsibilities to include Corporate Treasury, Accounts Payable, Billing and Collections, Manufacturing Cost Analysis and Other Accounting support as needed.

    The person will work closely with the CFO, Business Controllers and Operations to develop efficient and sustainable accounting processes and procedures necessary to comply with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.


    • International Site Accounting and Personnel Support: 
      • Work closely with Accounts Receivable team ensuring proper customer tax billings
      • Provide Treasury Support
      • Prepare and manage weekly cash reconciliation templates
      • Perform Month-End closings and Financial Management
      • Prepare Annual Budgets and Monthly Forecasts
      • Manage and Account for International entities in Epicor
      • Support Payroll Processing, Local employee & ExPat reporting
      • Work closely with HR and team on personnel related activities
      • Work with business to develop most efficient business processes


    • Tax Support:
      • File necessary Tax reports with State and Local Government
      • Manage Sales & Use Tax processes using Avalara software.
      • Assist in managing International Sales Corporation activity.
      • Establish Sales & Use Tax processes to comply with Post-Wayfair ruling Tax Guidance.
      • Coordinate U.S. Income, State Franchise and Other Tax reportings for Rhinestahl Corporation.
      • Coordinate International Tax reporting including but not limited to Singapore GST and European VAT


    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

    • Minimum of 4 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
    • Prefer Epicor or large ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
    • Process focus with the ability to meticulously develop documentation.
    • Strong comfort level in working across business functions to implement business processes and ensure accuracy of reported results.
    • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and situations in a calm and effective manner.
    • Ability to consistently meet deadlines with attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt to change and reprioritization of tasks as needed.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
    • High Energy and highly motivated self-starter.
    • Articulate and effective communicator with the ability to influence others through the employment of sound judgment and good sense rather than the use of authority.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
