    The Quality Engineering Administrator is responsible for ensuring all Quality Records retained or submitted to the Customer are accurate, organized, and complete.  This individual will interreact with Engineering, Operations, and other Quality personnel to ensure all necessary data is compiled and verified as it is created throughout the manufacturing process.


    • Compile and complete Quality documentation required for product delivery.
    • Verify Rhinestahl inspection data is complete and accurate and enter as required into the appropriate Customer forms.
    • Verify Supplier inspection data is complete and accurate and enter as required into the appropriate Customer forms.
    • Verify Supplier raw material certifications to specifications to ensure all chemical and physical properties are within prescribed limits.
    • Verify all Supplier certifications and CoC’s meet Rhinestahl and Customer requirements.
    • Scan all Quality Records as necessary and store in the appropriate location on the Server.
    • Interface proactively with Purchasing, Suppliers, and Receiving to ensure all necessary documentation is received, reviewed, reconciled and stored in a timely manner.
    • In conjunction with Quality Engineers, sign-off completed document packages attesting to accuracy and completeness.
    • Liaise with Quality Engineers to assure proper support for Source Inspections.
    • Support Inspection with manual and/or soldier inspection.
    • Create Master Drawings and First Article Inspection Reports.
    • Perform other duties as required by management.



    • Minimum of an Associate’s degree from a college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering or 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing or other technical position.


    • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks with limited supervision.
    • Extreme attention to detail, organized and accurate.
    • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Previous experience in a team-oriented structure.
    • Demonstrated advancement in responsibilities in either a work related or educational environment.
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
    • Ability to efficiently and effectively handle shifting and multiple priorities.
    • Ability to analyze current workflows and provide positive input to make them more efficient and effective.
