    The International Accounting Manager will report to the CFO and be responsible for developing and maintaining necessary Domestic and International tax reporting processes to ensure Rhinestahl complies with all U.S. and Global Tax reporting requirements. The position will work closely with International Accounting/Tax firms in preparation of tax filings and will prepare and/or coordinate all Domestic Tax returns. The position will also be responsible for our international work sites accounting, to include audit & compliance coordination, foreign banking relationships, cash reconciliations and site forecasts. Will work closely with HR supporting foreign employee payroll & benefits processing. In addition, the person will be responsible for creating Epicor entries to record financial activity and managing the related Epicor International entities. The position will work closely with CFO, Corporate Controller and Operations to develop efficient and sustainable processes and procedures necessary to comply with U.S. GAAP and International Accounting / Tax Procedures.


    International Site Accounting and Personnel Support:

    • Coordinate Tax Reporting
    • Work closely with Accounts Receivable team ensuring proper customer tax billings
    • Provide Treasury Support
    • Coordinate audit, accounting, tax and reporting activities with local accounting firms
    • Prepare and manage weekly cash reconciliation templates
    • Perform Month-End closings and Financial Management
    • Prepare Annual Budgets and Monthly Forecasts
    • Manage and Account for International entities in Epicor
    • Support Payroll Processing, Local employee & ExPat reporting
    • Work closely with HR and team on personnel related activities
    • Work with business to develop most efficient business processes on


    U.S. Tax Support:

    • File necessary Tax reports with State and Local Government
    • Manage Sales & Use Tax software implementation and integration with Epicor and Jobboss
    • Coordinate Rhinestahl California Tax processing ensuring proper invoice processing, collection and remittance. Responsible for proper accounting of California Taxes
    • Establish Sales & Use Tax processes to comply with Post-Wayfair ruling Tax Guidance
    • Coordinate Sales & Use, Income, Property, Franchise and Other Tax reporting for the Rhinestahl Corporation

    Other Support:

    • Government Accounting (as needed)
    • Accounts Receivable Invoicing and Collections
    • Accounts Payable Processing and Reconciliation
    • Other Support (as needed)


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum of 2 years’ accounting and/or finance experience with international accounting or international financial operations and tax compliance exposure
    • Assistant Controller-equivalent experience preferred
    • CPA, CMA attractive but not required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
    • Prefer Epicor experience
    • Previous experience with an ERP system
    • High energy and highly motivated self-starter
    • Process focus with the ability to meticulously develop documentation
    • Strong comfort level in working across business functions to implement business processes and ensure accuracy of reported results
