Overview

The RCM will proactively originate customer facing opportunities by positioning Rhinestahl CTS so that it capitalizes on customer tooling procurement opportunities. The RCM will also promote the business value proposition of Rhinestahl CTS and will work in close cooperation across the entire Rhinestahl sales organization. RCM’s must possess the interpersonal and technical skills to effectively identify and resource the appropriate team members in order to win the business.

The RCM must be able to effectively execute on the sales vision and strategy utilizing a consultative approach that fosters deep relationships with customers within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for forecasting & sales of products to customers within the assigned region.
  • Develop long term relationships with customer base to foster an environment and foundation for future sales growth in line with Rhinestahl corporate and regional goals
  • Coordinate team resources to drive customer satisfaction
  • Navigate customer networks and build relationship in order to identify current and future opportunities. This will be done through adequate face-to-face interactions within the assigned region and at customer locations to drive relationships, understand customer expectations, effectively communicate the Rhinestahl value proposition, collect market intelligence/data, and develop leads
  •  Effectively communicate and assimilate market intelligence to team to influence short term and long term strategy
  • Develop key relationships with various Engine OEM’s to provide the necessary assistance to the OEM sales team regarding tooling expertise and sales support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Consultative selling skills to assure our customers receive an “Outstanding Customer Experience”.
  • Intimately familiar with the processes required for the Overhaul and Repair of Gas Turbine Engines
  • International sales of technical products
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task (simultaneous diverse customer activity)
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team leader / team player
  • Strong track record with demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and close sales activities
  • International language skills appropriate for the region a plus
  • Strong knowledge in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Must be computer literate in order to use Rhinestahl’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool, EPICOR
  • Articulate and effective communicator with the ability to influence others through the employment of sound judgment and good sense rather than the use of authority.
  • Highest standards of integrity, loyalty, honesty, moral and ethical values.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time, as required
