Overview

The CTS Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for the day to day execution of business related operations within the CTS Business Through the day-to-day leadership of the Customer Account Managers, Customer Service Specialists and Operations Teams   In addition, this individual will Program Manage the execution of strategic priorities and projects through all functions and disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, coach, and develop existing and new talent to broaden skill sets improving business performance.
  • Lead teams to understand and improve current processes to facilitate operational excellence for our customers and the Rhinestahl business. 
  • Coordinate across all functional disciplines to ensure customer orders/campaigns are executed and implemented with operational excellence.
  • Create key strategies to facilitate the development of  systems and processes to support new customers and programs.
  • Provide top level problem-solving leadership to support customers issues and initiatives as required.
  • Develop and manage metrics to ensure on-time delivery, contract compliance and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and facilitate the accuracy and utilization of EPICOR (ERP database) to insure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with all functional disciplines including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support the timely resolution of problems/issues related to product design and/or manufacture.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in technical aerospace (or related field).
  • 7-10 years of successful leadership managing technical sales in B2B environment.
  • 5 + years of project/program management experience preferred.
  • BS Engineering or technical degree, Marketing Business Management; MBA desired.
  • Demonstrated business success and a robust understanding of complex customer relationships.
  • Experience utilizing sales administration tools.
  • Ability to coach/provide feedback to account managers on developing customer relationships. 
  • Some experience in early or mid-stage company during a high growth phase.
  • Some experience in precision tooling industry is desired.
  • Experience with engine OEM and/or MRO market.
  • Excellence in a strong team based culture.
