Overview

Lead and manage a team to capitalize on after the sale business development and support activities.  This will be done through developing and managing key relationships with both third party and OEM customers so that they will rely on Rhinestahl to provide after the sale support and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Technical Services Team to execute on post-sale support services such as: Tooling management/support, facility layout consultation, tool training/try out, and Engine loading services
  • Introduce new and existing customers to additional service offerings provided by Rhinestahl that will help solidify long-term relationships and continued customer penetration.
  • Build key relationships with customers to improve market position.
  • Negotiate and establish long-term agreements with customers to provide post EIS support for tooling and other services.
  • Identify new industry trends/needs where Rhinestahl can provide additional services.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction with support services by reviewing quality, on-time delivery, cost, and issue resolution as necessary, maintaining continuous interface with the customer.
  • Coordinate with all functional disciplines to capture and execute on all new business opportunities.
  • Manage CTS design resources to execute on new product development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • Work experience
    • 10+ years related professional experience in commercial and/or military MRO markets
    • 5+ years of program/project management experience
  • Job specific attributes/skills
  • Strong customer service / sales orientation with the ability to sell and close deals
  • Ability to network and develop customer relationships
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project, as well as job estimating software
  • Self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
